wash by hand, using cold or lukewarm water and as little detergent as possible to help keep waters clean :)
let air dry and do not tumble dry!
please note that we are trying to use as much natural material as possible.
even though we prewash every item to avoid shrinkage, small changes in measurements are possible.

we try everything in our power to proceed your order as quickly as possible,
but as mohlagé is not our main job, we have a lot of other responsibilities on the side, so please allow 1-5 business days for processing.
orders are shipped with DHL Standard and will take 1-4 working days, it depends from which country you order.
Please contact us if you wish to have your order shipped with another service.

returns
we hope you love everything you’ve ordered on mohlagé.com, but we are also aware that this isn’t always the case.
So if you are not satisfied with a product, you have the chance to return it within fourteen (14) days after delivery date.
Please contact us beforehand in the event of a return and send us an email using the form on our contact page.
Please note following terms for a return:
The products were only tried to check the right size, but they must not have been used or laundered. The product is in the undamaged original packing (a carefully opened package is not considered as damaged).
The product is complete (including all labels). A filled return–form is included.
Returns harm the environment, are expensive and lead to higher shipping costs for all other customers. Packaging can’t be reused again in most cases and unnecessary carbon emissions have been let into the air. Therefore we don’t bear the costs for a return. Please consider all of that before placing an order. The refund can take up to fourteen (14) days from receipt of your package.
